Adobe – 38 million customer accounts were compromised.
Target – 40 million customer accounts were compromised from a cyber breach.
Snapchat – 4.6 million user accounts compromised.
U.S. Banks – A number of major websites were taken offline by hackers.
HIPAA Violations – CHS, Anthem, Bluecross/Blueshield, Tenet – for a cost of $32.6 million
Securities exchanges, had various infrastructure attacks.
